Cray-Pas® Junior Artist® puts the power of beautiful and blendable color into young hands. It is no wonder that Cray-Pas is used in schools nationwide to teach and practice art techniques.  Invented in 1925 by Sakura Color Products Corporation, it is probably the most “basic and acceptable art material” in the elementary school market today. Cray-Pas oil pastels can create oilpaint effects, are easy to hold with their round shapes, will not peel, crack or flake, are easily blend-able and are safe for children. Great for drawing, lettering, scratch art, & long lasting sidewalk art.
