Oversize Charges: Packages larger than the UPS size and weight limits will be charged the actual shipping cost. Express and Next Day: Packages will be charged at actual shipping cost. No hazardous materials or ORM please. Shipping charges are based on order's subtotal before tax. Shipping Methods: Artisan ships all orders via UPS Ground throughout the continental United States when possible except packages to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise requested. UPS Express and Next Day are also available in these areas. Truck Delivery: Any shipment which is oversize for UPS will be shipped motor freight, freight collect. Charges for truck freight exceed our normal shipping charges. Call for an estimate. Additional charges will be incurred due to oversize packages and hazardous materials. Drop Shipping: Items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will not qualify for free freight. Call for additional shipping charges. Hazardous Materials: Some of the paints, mediums, thinners, and pressurized products we sell are considered hazardous materials or "ORM" by the U.S. Department of Transportation and UPS. There may be additional shipping charges for hazardous materials, please inquire. Back Orders: Occasionally we must back-order an item that is out of stock. Since shipping charges are based on the initial order's total, any shipping charges for the back ordered items will have already been paid. No additional shipping charges will be added to that back order. If more than one item is back ordered, we will wait until all items have arrived and ship a complete back-order at that time. Special Orders: We do special orders. Call us at (800) 331-6375 or E-mail us at mailorder@artisan-santafe.com for special orders. These include non-stock items or unusual quantities of stock items; they will be shipped according to standard shipping services. Sales Tax If you live in New Mexico, you must pay your state's sales tax, currently at 7.9375%. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Please open and inspect all packages immediately after they arrive to check for shortages or damage. To report any problems with your order, contact Jeff in our mail order department on our toll free number: (800) 331-6375. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, contact us for exchange, refund, or credit. We must first authorize all returns. Return shipping instructions will be issued at this time. Returns must be made within 10 working days after package has been received. Merchandise returned must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot be liable for damage, which might occur in transit. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the carrier for adjustment. Returns: Please use return form provided with your order for all returns. If you do not have this form, include a copy of your receipt and a note with the reason for return. Sorry, we do not accept returns on portfolios, books, videos, DVDs, paper, pads, and special order items. Gift Cards: Gift Cards can be ordered online in 6 convenient denominations $20, $50, $100, $500, $750 and $1000. You will save 5% when you buy Gift Cards in the $500, $750, and $1000 denominations. Indicate the amount, complete address and we will mail it to you, or directly to them, if you wish. All Gift Cards are sent using USPS first class mail.
